That's right.. I know everyone is really wanting to know.... "What does Eric eat for dinner?", here it is.. A pizza. Bought the crust, added chicken, pepperoni, green peppers, onions (and cheese and sauce).. It was very good. I haven't made my own pizza in a long time, so it was fun. I need to come up with some other recipes and compete with California Pizza Kitchen. I think I needed to put some sauce closer to the edge though, but it turned out pretty good.
