I loved the fact that MS took a risk, Bill was able to act goofy and who really cares that it didn't really say anything real about Microsoft? Surely not every commercial out there speaks about their product. Really, it was just a matter of getting Bill Gate's, who people still link to Microsoft, out there into the public and for people to talk about MS, which of course happened. I still like the Apple commercials better, but I didn't think they were that bad.

yea...I really didn't care for the "new" commericals. Didn't think they really said anything. But you always liked Jerry better than I did. Just kind of goofy which I'm not sure would really help. But Microsoft said they had only planned to use the Jerry commericals for a few weeks...so?
