Ironman training is back on!

My ironman training is now back in high gear! Last week was my most productive in a long time 58 total miles, though most of that was on the bike. I still need to get better at swimming in the morning and biking/running in the evening or at lunch. I also regret not getting a training plan. I've reviewed a few, and am following the principals laid out, but I'm just kinda winging it. Oh well. Increasing my mileage in each discipline each week, throwing in some core workouts (a little.. when I can get time) and trying to rest enough, but not too much. ha.. We will see how this goes..
